The air-conditioned dining room, which is accessed through a tall entry hall adorned with an arty chandelier, provides a bright environment incorporating sky-blue and deep orange shades.

The terrace, sheltered from sunlight by tamr henna (typical Egyptian wickerwork), overlooks the hotel’s private pools because of the Red Sea in back ground.

The T-Bar adjacent to the restaurant’s terrace caters to diners and friends across the share with an easy collection of hot and cold beverages including skillfully mixed cocktails. Bellevue Restaurant is open every day for morning meal from 7 am to 10.30 am, for meal from 1 pm to 3 pm, and for supper from 6:30 pm to 10 pm. Outdoor supper occasion schedules are seasonal; please enquire using the hotel. T-Bar is open from 7am till 1 am.
